Return and Refund Policy

We at Better Beauty have formulated each product to deliver best possible results, transparently. We hope you will love our products as much as we do. But in case you wish to return the product, please reach out to us and we will take care of everything for you.


We offer refunds / replacements only in following cases:

  1. You received a wrong shipment.
  2. You received a damaged product.
  3. You received an expired product.

In any of the above cases, please raise a return/replacement request within 48 (forty eight) hours from the date of delivery. To raise a return / refund request in such cases, please drop us an email at contact@thebetterbeauty.com 

No return or any other claim will be acceptable or valid after the expiration of 48 hours from the time of delivery of the product.

Please allow us 48 hours to review your request. Once the request is approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup. Our courier partner will pick the order from your doorstep.

Upon receiving the returned order, our service team will review the same. If the issues described by you are verified, our team will initiate a refund within 24 hours.
