Is Better Beauty Cruelty free?
Yes We are against any animal testing of any sort nor will we ever allow our manufacturers to conduct any animal testing on our behalf.
Is Better Beauty paraben & sulfate free?
Of course! We do not use any kind of nasty ingredients in any of our products. They are all parabens, sulfates, phthalates, TEAs, DEAs, PEGs, Silicones and Synthetic Fragrances FREE!
How do I know whether the selected products will counter my skin concern?
We do not speak for the products but the results speak for themselves. Every product comes with instructions and details of concerns it caters to. Just read the description, you’ll know which product is tailor-made to solve your issue. We recommend you do a patch test.
How early can I expect results?
Might just a week or a month. No two people show responses at the same time. Give your pick a minimum of 21 days to start showing positive results. Skin care is not a day’s game, but a commitment of a lifetime. Make sure you follow it religiously and be patient.

Do Better Beauty products have an expiry date?
Yes. The shelf life of our products is 2 years or 24 months from the date of manufacture. To maximize shelf life, store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, humidity and excess moisture.


Where do you ship?
We currently ship to most pincodes all over India. Unfortunately we don't ship internationally currently.
Do I have to pay the hefty shipping charges?
NOT AT ALL! We are not here to rob your hard-earned moolah. We deliver for free and there is no minimum amount for free shipping. However, if the order is Cash On Delivery, an additional amount of ₹100 is applicable.
Rest assured, we make sure your organic treasure reaches you as soon as possible.
How early shall I expect my order to be delivered?
You can expect your much awaited box of personal treasure to be delivered at your doorstep within 4-7 business days (excluding public holidays and weekends).
Can I change the delivery address after placing my order?
You can change the delivery address of your order only if the order is in Confirmed or Pending status and none of the item(s) purchased in the order are shipped. However, if there are any variations in the charges/taxes (if any) applied for the original delivery address used while placing the order v/s the delivery address to be updated, the request for updating the delivery address might not be accepted.

Returns & Refunds

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before your order has been dispatched. All you have to do is, raise a cancellation request within 24 (twenty four) hours from placing the order at contact@thebetterbeauty.com 
Can I return a product?
You can return any product but only under the following circumstances:
-You received the wrong shipment.
-You received a damaged product.
-You received an expired product.
In any of the above cases, returns are easy. All you have to do is, raise a return/replacement/refund request within 48 (forty eight) hours from the date of delivery at contact@thebetterbeauty.com


What forms of payment do you accept? 
We accept all major credit or debit cards, PayTM, Net Banking, UPI as well as Cash On Delivery for orders.
